Hey crew.
Lighter back squats again today, with a focus on generating speed on the bar, power! The band resisted broad jumps are a great way to emphasize an explosive opening of the hips. The best way to use the biggest muscles you have and generate power.
Today's METCON is all about power too. Choose a barbell weight you can move through each round in 2 sets. Slightly higher box than we're used to for jumps, so be mindful.
