Hey folks. No jokes today, we're digging into the speed/volume portion of our squat training with a quick and dirty Tabata Air Squat piece. Following up with a big 2:00 interval session guaranteed to get your heart rate up!

If the Nordic curls are a bit much for you to wrap your head around, you can also do hip extensions on the GHD or on a box with a partner or a medball leg curl works well too.
