Happy Snatch Test day!

Today is also Truth and Reconciliation Day. Please take a moment to realize and understand that while we do live in an AMAZING Country, our former leaders haven't always acted in a manner we would deem appropriate today. Accept what has happened in the past, learn from our mistakes, love ALL of our children and treat each other with respect.

We're finishing our Olympic Weightlifting cycle and RE-TESTING our Snacth today and Clean & Jerk tomorrow.
