Happy Tuesday CFQ. Hopefully the snow has cleared enough to make our way back in to the gym for some more, AMAZING fitness=)
We're alternating between two classic CrossFit Benchmark workouts, plus...adding in some burpee over bar and ab-mat situps! Whoop whoop. You only have 2 minutes to work, so you have to move quickly through the Buy In of DT or CINDY. Looking to finish the Buy In in 1:00 or less... choose movements and weights accordingly.
DT is:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks, with a prescribed weight of 155/105
Cindy is:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
