Tuesday coming at ya!

Back squats, and we're looking for a heavy set of 2. You can start at 75% and work towards the 85 for your last few sets.


The workout is intended to be lower impact.

Here are some targets for you to consider in the workout.

Movement Goals:

- Run/row 400m / 500m: 1:45-2:20, Reduce distance as needed

- 15 Push ups: 0:45-1:00, Reduce reps or scale as needed

- 20 Air Squats: 0:45-1:00, Reduce reps as needed
