Heads up. We're doing the METCON first today and a strength piece to follow. It's good to mix up the way we train. Keep our bodies guessing.
Our METCON today is actually a 2019 Rogue Invitational workout called "The Mule". The RX+ weights are what the elite athletes used at that time. Look to complete your deadlifts in sets of 4 for the 21's, 3 for the 15's and 3 for the 9's. Your burpee pullups are just grunt work and you should approach them 1 rep at a time without trying to move to quickly. Save some lats for the deads.
