It's Tuesday Y'all. You know what that means?

It's time to get after another SUPER-AMAZING GOAT Day!

Today's a great opportunity to brush up on ROPE CLIMBS and PUSH JERKS or THRUSTERS. Ah heck, you could work on all three if you'd like to. The idea is to pick one of the barbell movements and pair it with the rope climb...to improve on our rope climb-ability =)

We will touch on progressions for everything and then cut you loose to work away.

The active rest could be some light movement on a bike, zone 2 shuttles...etc.


There should be time following the workout to burn the house down with some DB bent over rows =)
