Hey folks. Maybe, just maybe, our first running workout in the new gym.
We don't have pavement out front yet, so if it's raining, we'll have to use a rower or bike erg to get our distance in.
Strict Nicole... Pick a good scale option on the pullups to make sure you get a good number of reps in. We're looking for a minimum of 5 reps/set.
