Bring your rope-climbing socks today! We're going to be tackling a pair of EMOM's for today's workout. Some power cleans, pushups, dubs and rope climbs. Looks fun to me.
Try to relax your grip on the dubs if at all possible, this will help with the rope climbs.
Choose a pushup variation that allows you to accumulate some volume, keeping in mind that we're always looking for a super-tight midline (squeeze your belly). Squeezing your feet together will help you achieve this.
