Thursday Stretch Day Plus 25092025

Hey CFQ.


Today's our usual Active Rest Day, so we have a 20 min stretch setup to help recover from the week's efforts. We also have a METCON to get your heart rate up and some SNATCH work if you're keen on getting some more Olympic lifting practice in.

The METCON could be a pretty intense piece, so if you just want to move and sweat today, choose a lighter weight that you can move unbroken and smoothly for all 5 rounds.


I have also posted some FITNESS RACING work if you're in for OPEN GYM and want to tackle a longer endurance effort. If you're doing the Fitness Racing piece, keep in mind that it's a longer effort and you should try to make sure you stay on time to get it all in before the next class starts up.
