Sweet, sweet stretch day... Looking after our low body tomorrow, we will be doing some (by request) foam rolling along with some static stretching. If you have a favourite foam roller, please bring it with you!
Aside from the stretch, we have a classic bench sesh, a nice little EMOM and of course a great stamina training piece. We recommend a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off training schedule to maximize your efforts. I know it can be hard to slow down and actually take a day off. I know. The Thursday stamina/cardio piece is perfect for these days that you want to move but know you shouldn't be lifting or pushing too hard.
