Thursday STRETCH DAY 24072025

Hello CFQ.


We are carrying on with our LEGACY WEEK programming and as such, there are two options for today, the legacy workout which is a pretty intense endeavour, and a non-legacy workout to better suit an active recovery day. If you are treating today as a true recovery day, I would suggest that you keep the loading light on the METCON. You can also easily turn this METCON into an EMOM 20.

1: 6-8 Renegade rows (1 Renegade row = pushup + row left + row right)

2: 4-8 strict pullups

3: 100' carry

4: Rest


Otherwise, we will have a nice stretch setup for you.


If you have missed any of the deadlift sessions this week, I would suggest that you try to get one of those in today.
