Now that we're back into somewhat of our usual routine, we'll have a 20ish minute stretch/mobility session lined up to start class tomorrow, followed by a few choices to satisfy whatever itch you may need scratched.
I like the looks of the gymnastics EMOM for those in need of a little strict upper body strength, or ring mup practice.
The METCON looks pretty sweet too, as a nice little gymnastics couplet. You could try alternating rounds of reg pullups and CTB if you want to get a little volume in on both as we head into the open. Dubs are dubs, and always good to practice.
If you're on active rest duty, the STAMINA piece is perfect for a quick sweat without the impact. Besides, our engine is what we should be tuning up right now anyway.
