Today's the day. We're starting our new SQUAT STRENGTH cycle this week, so our first course of business is to set a new back squat baseline. We'll have lots of time to ramp up to find a 1 rep max back squat for the day. Keep this number handy, put it in the notes app on your phone or write it down somewhere. We will be doing a lot of % work off of this number.

RE-TEST in 6 weeks!
We will finish the day with a simple conditioning piece, keeping in mind that our back squat test is the main course for today.
