Back squats and more...squats =)
This is the last of these BIG Back Squat sessions. If you're feeling great with your squats today, you COULD go for a 1 REP MAX.
Simple METCON to follow with Air Squats and Power Cleans. Air Squats can be a simple movement, but that doesn't mean we should slack off on our intent with moving as well as we can. Building tension in your hips and lower body (spreading the floor apart with your feet) and keeping your eyes/chest up will make your air squats safer and more efficient. You want to move quickly but smoothly and in control today.
You should be able to hang on to this barbell for a coupe of strong sets in each round.
