Sick (good). Volume squats to finish the week off right! We tackled our front squats last week like this and we're doing it again, with a few extra reps. These shouldn't feel "Heavy" in the first round, but the last few reps in the last set will be a grind. Taken directly from the HWPO coaching notes: "what matters is strong front squat mechanics and quality volume". Michelle likens these front squat sessions to zone 2 aerobic training. We're trying to build some quality endurance in both the mechanics AND the strength capacity of our front squats.
All in, a great way to hit a Friday.
