Happy Friday CFQ!

We've crushed another week of our Olympic Weightlifting cycle and you're all doing an amazing job. Much of what we do here is NOT easy stuff, and it's easy to forget sometimes how far we've come since starting our CrossFit journey. It's important to look back every so often and check in on all of the progress that has been made. Remember struggling to get that first pullup? With a few bands, some varied movements and a little hard work you're not only doing pullups, you're crushing sets of them in a workout. You've come a long way, whether it seems obvious to you or not. Keep up the good work crew. It's all EFFORT over anything else. That's all you need to focus on.


Snatches today for strength and a nice couplet of power cleans and wall walks. When was the last time we did WALL WALKS? Fun combo!


I'm posting the FITNESS RACING programming that we would have done Thursday, if anyone is looking for a good sweat over the weekend. Keep up with that running!
