Finishing the week with a deadlift and walking lunge buy in...what a way to finish the week!

If you've been thinking about the last time you maxed out a few sets of pullups, today's your day for a re-test.

Don't forget about your LATS in the deadlift. Squueze the bar with your pinky fingers and squeeze your elbows to your sides.
