Happy Friday everyone!
We're calling back to our Oympic lifting cycle and tackling a 2 rep heavy Hang Power Snatch. These are NOT meant to be touch and go, meaning that we want you to reset at the hang position before each rep. Keep the weight that you achieve here in mind, as we'll need 85% of this for the Power Snatches in the METCON.
