Wednesday Happy Hump Day 18022026

Hey crew.

We're tackling a good ol' fashioned set of back squats for strength today. Following this is a tough combo of OH Squats and Strict Ring Dips.

The OH Squats should be weighted so that you can do them mostly unbroken or in 2 VERY quick sets. Your dips, a very tough movement to do WELL for this kind of volume should be broken up early and often. 2-3 sets from the get go, maybe even 4 in the latter half of the workout.
