Deadlift

Set 1 – 5 reps  @ 65-75%

Set 2 – 5 reps  @ 65-75%

Set 3 – 3 reps  @ 65-75%

Set 4 – 3 reps  @ 65-75%

Rest as needed

*Technical/Positional focus - use this a moderate % work to dial in setup, bracing, midline tension, focus on driving feet through floor - Drop & reset b/t each rep, not TnG.

Deadlift @ 150% bodyweight

Barbell Bench Press @ 100% bodyweight

Clean @ 75% bodyweight


Full classes will have to share barbells and work through the workout. If you want your own barbells come to open gym.
