Happy Sunday folks.
Be careful working upside down here if you choose to practice your handstand walks. You can always sub the HS Walk for a 0:30-0:40 handstand hold or handstand kick-up practice. If you aren't comfortable with Ring Muscle Ups you can sub this movement for Chest To Bar or regular pull ups.
