Another fun week coming up!
If you missed the post yesterday about the Sea Dogs Game that we're all going to on Feb 6, there's a short sign up form here that you can fill out (takes less than 0:30). Bring the whole family. We will be playing against local rivals the Moncton Wildcats! Let's get out and have some fun.

Today's AMRAP is NOT meant to be FULL SEND. The goal is to pick a sustainable pace that you can hold for the entire 10 mins. You shouldn't be lying on the floor afterwards =).
