Some fun Olympic lifting and gymnastics to start the week! A big workout with some technique work to start.
Focus on intensity with the squat cleans being mindful of using good technique across all rounds and reps! You should NEVER hit failure on the pull-ups. This means we need to choose a rep option with or without bands that lets us do the strict pull-ups consistently in small sets without failing. We would much rather see you constantly moving well and not waiting around for a movement because of fatigue. Scaling IS progress!
