Big back squat Friday! Whoop whoop. We're getting very heavy here at 90% of our 1RM. The METCON (METabolic CONditioning) is purposefully a little less intense in terms of impact but is still going to be challenging on our aerobic capacity. We're working the machines for meters, not calories, so the idea is not to work as HARD as we can but more to be SMOOTH and to find a pace that allows you to keep moving quickly and consistently through the box jumps.
