Enjoys the privilege of helping people do things they never thought they’d be able to. Watching the progress and growth of an athlete is the most rewarding part of coaching for Brian. Brian believes that just showing up for a CrossFit workout can turn the worst day into the best and that there’s some magic to suffering alongside your faourite people and coming out Stronger, Faster and Fitter for it. Brian grew up playing just about any sport he could and just loved competing. He loves a good chipper workout.  As a coach, Brian expects his athletes to complain about the workout but ultimately leave the gym saying thanks, knowing that they got their heart rate up and broke a good sweat.
