Kait VanBuskirk, Coach

Understands the undeniable fact that the results of CrossFit speak for themselves and that the empowering energy you get within the gym will fuel your efforts to become stronger, fitter, heathier and more confident.  A passion to help others reach their goals and the community of like-minded people putting in the hard work to better themselves led Kait to become a coach. Kait has played sports her entire life, including baseball, basketball, rugby and rowing at university and now rugby with the Saint John Trojans. As a coach, Kait would like you to listen to your body, give your 100% when it feels right, ask for help when needed, challenge yourself, have fun and be proud of your efforts. Jump in on a workout in Kait’s wheelhouse and you’re in for long grindy sweat-sesh.
